When MSPs ask clients to “pick” a plan, they often drown them in jargon, scare them into expensive solutions or just simply want to avoid the responsibility of choosing wrong themselves.

The right IT support partner will take the time to get to know your business and they’ll have experience supporting other companies in your industry. They won’t sell you anything you don’t need just because it’s part of a set packaged business IT plan.

While our service agreements are yearly, they can be adjusted any time after the first 90 days — an important step for stabilizing your IT after onboarding. After that, with 30 days notice you can change, or even cancel, your agreement. We don’t need to lock clients into long-term contracts because we earn your business each and every month.
